Three levels of attention.
Every plan includes professional website hosting, SSL, routine software maintenance, backups, security checks, custom-domain connection, and foundational technical SEO. Choose the amount of help you want each month.
An edit is one small content request taking up to 15 minutes; unused edits do not roll over. Response times are acknowledgments, not completion guarantees. Domain registration, premium email services, paid licenses, and other third-party charges are separate.

Are we building your website, too?
Existing sites may need a separate migration or compatibility assessment. New builds include two consolidated revision rounds.
Ongoing growth & marketing
Newsletter platform setup ($149) is added when newsletter care is selected. Any sending platform fees are separate.
One-time services & features
Need a single email blast ($69), exhibition promotion, extra page, product listings, or a managed auction event? Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll price it individually.

What counts as an edit?
Changing a photo, paragraph, hours, or a small announcement. One request includes up to 15 minutes of straightforward content work. Additional small edits start at $20; new features and pages are quoted separately.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. We connect and manage it for your site. You retain domain ownership, while registration and renewal are billed separately.
Will I own my website?
You’ll own your original content, customer information, and domain. Third-party licenses and reusable design systems remain subject to their applicable terms. We’ll explain the handoff arrangements before you sign.
Does a response time mean completion?
No. We acknowledge your request within the stated number of business days and explain the expected work schedule. Completion depends on scope and what we need from you.
Do you offer custom solutions?
Yes. Stores, auction platforms, integrations, custom forms, and larger website projects can be quoted individually. We’ll help sort the useful features from the unnecessary expenses.
How does ongoing care work?
Care is billed monthly in advance. Our proposed standard care agreement has a three-month initial commitment, then continues month to month with 30 days’ cancellation notice. Financing a new build would require separate terms.
